I grew up with cats and horses. My first cat I got at the age of 6 years and since these wonderful free spirits are my life companion. I have learned from them more than from most people and therefore it has become my last few years more and more to bear to help those still often misunderstood creatures. Not least because I was in 2014 decided on Cat Institute-Birga-Adzes seminars of their three-year training program on 'behavioral counseling, behavioral training and nutritional advice for cats' to visit.

Of the current three cats with whom I live, is one of Istanbul and lived on the street. The merging with my indoor cats was a challenge that we overcame a lot of patience, time and individual response to the needs and character of cats.

When I was asked if I wanted to accompany the sofa hero as a founding member, this was another for me logical step to support something that is close to my heart: to allow cats a decent life and living together with people and at best self-help in the form of a to make cat house in southern Spain.
